"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." (2 Corinthians 1:3–4)
God wants to use you to bless others. In this verse, we see that when you start praying for others, you allow yourself to be a blessing for them. What has God blessed you with? How can you serve others and comfort others through those blessings? God is asking us to serve those around us by sharing His love with others. Look for opportunities not just to pray for those people but to serve them as well. As you begin your day, ask God to show you a specific way in which you can bless someone today. Keep the eyes of your heart open for opportunities God will place on your heart.
